- Account data: full name, email address, phone number, password (stored in hashed form)
- Booking data: pickup and drop-off addresses, ride type, vehicle class, date and time, special preferences, number of passengers
- Payment indicators: we do not store card numbers; payment processing references only
- Communications: messages you send via in-app chat with drivers or support
- Preferences: music preferences, temperature settings, language preference, and other journey personalisation choices
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time and date of access, browser type and version
- Device data: device type, operating system, screen resolution, IP address
- Location data: with your explicit permission, approximate GPS location to assist with pickup address auto-fill
- Log data: server logs, error reports, performance data

- To process, confirm and fulfil your bookings
- To communicate booking status, driver details and receipt information
- To enable in-app chat between you and your assigned driver

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with the following categories of third party, solely to deliver our service:
- Google (Firebase / Google Cloud): our database, authentication, file storage and hosting infrastructure. Data is stored within the European Union region. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps Platform: address autocomplete, route calculation and geolocation services used within the booking flow.
- EmailJS: transactional email delivery for booking confirmations and driver notifications.
- Assigned drivers: your name, phone number, pickup/drop-off location and booking reference are shared with your driver to fulfil the journey.
- Legal authorities: if required by law, court order or regulatory request.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: retained for the lifetime of your account, plus 12 months after deletion
- Booking records: retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance
- Chat messages: retained for 6 months, then deleted
- Usage logs: retained for 90 days

Under GDPR and Albanian data protection legislation, you have the following rights:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
